Microsoft conducted a global survey that showed that 94% of all executives consider artificial intelligence to be important for solving the strategic tasks of their companies. 37% of respondents describe this technology as “very important”. The poll participants are sure that artificial intelligence will improve many areas of their business, including helping with the introduction of innovations, attracting and retaining talented employees, and developing products. It is noted that 27% of respondents have already implemented these technologies in key business projects and services. In their opinion, the technologies will promote the increase of wages, the level of employment in their country, as well as accelerate economic development and increase productivity. Among the constraints were identified financial risks, difficulties in deployment and difficulties in training employees.
