Uber, which provides road transport services and private taxi services, announced a reached investment agreement with Toyota Motor, Denso and SoftBank Vision Fund regarding its Uber Advanced Technologies Group, which specializes in the development of unmanned vehicles. Toyota and Denso for these purposes intend to transfer 667 million dollars. Investment of Softbank Vision Fund will amount to 333 million dollars. The total investment, therefore, will be at the level of 1 billion dollars, which will increase the cost of Uber ATG to 7 billion 250 million dollars. The report of the American company also notes that Toyota in August last year already invested $500 million in it and plans to invest about $300 million over the next 3 years.
