The US Justice Department approved a deal of purchasing the 21st Century Fox assets by Walt Disney

The American conglomerate Walt Disney reported that the Antitrust Division of the the US Department of Justice approved a deal to acquire the assets of Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox. At the same time Walt Disney must fulfill the condition, put forward by the regulator, to sell the network of regional channels of Fox Sports within 90 days after the closing of the deal. Last week, Walt Disney raised its offer to buy Fox assets by almost a third compared to the December offer. Under the deal, Fox shareholders will receive $38 per share. They have the right to choose between receiving cash or shares of Disney.
