The economy of Kazakhstan in the first half of 2018 grew by 4.1%, the Minister of National Economy Timur Suleimenov said at a government meeting. He noted that “the economic recovery is taking place against the backdrop of the continued slowdown of inflationary processes and high investment activity.” According to him, the positive dynamics is maintained in all segments of economic activity. Following the results of the last year, the economy of Kazakhstan grew by 4%. This year, the government expects GDP growth at 3.8%.
