Sales of the German automaker BMW in the first half of the year increased by 1.8% to 1 million 242.5 thousand cars, noting a record for the first half of the year. The June sales figure also became record, having increased by 2.7% to 238 thousand 920 cars. In annual terms, sales of BMW vehicles in June increased by 47.6% to 13 thousand 806 cars, also noting a record high. For the period from the beginning of the year, sales of electric vehicles increased by 42.5 percent in annual terms and reached 60,660 cars. Sales of the BMW brand in June grew by 4% in annual terms, in the first half of the year the growth was 2%. The implementation of the MINI brand vehicles increased by 0.1% in the first half of the year, and the Rolls-Royce brand - by 13.1%.
