Nickel fell below the mark of 11 thousand dollars per ton for the first time in a year


On the London Metal Exchange on Thursday, the first for the year nickel cost reduction below 11 thousand dollars per ton was recorded, writes. The price of metal decreased by 0.3% and amounted to 10 thousand 985 dollars per ton. According to Bloomberg, the fall in prices on the Shanghai Stock Exchange was 1.6%. It is also reported that the price of gold can reach a maximum value in more than 2 weeks, which is caused by a decrease in trading activity due to the celebration of Thanksgiving Day in the United States. Gold on Thursday traded at the level of 1 thousand 228 dollars 20 cents per troy ounce, having risen 0.2%.
