American oil company Exxon Mobil reported that in the third quarter, its net profit amounted to 6 billion 240 million dollars. The indicator per share of 1 dollar 46 cents exceeded the estimates of experts of 1 dollar 23 cents per share, which was facilitated by the good quarterly results of the oil and gas divisions. The company has reduced oil production to 3,800,000 barrels of oil equivalent. The decline was 3%. The company also noted a 4% decline in natural gas production in the third quarter.
