Bruno Le Maire, Finance Minister of France announced on Thursday that the European Union would be imposing sanctions on U.S. products if Washington would not settle its trade dispute over illegal EEU subsidies to the aviation industry.
Le Maire said in a statement during a meeting of European Union finance ministers in Luxembourg, “The American administration should be aware that if there is no settlement, Europe will not have any other choice but to retaliate and to put on sanctions.”
