The Fitch Bohua division of the international rating agency Fitch Ratings begins its work in China. According to the agency, the division, whose CEO is Danny Chen, the Fitch's top-manager in China, will serve the domestic market of mainland China using international standards in its work. Thanks to the work of the unit, China’s third largest debt market in the world may become more attractive to foreign investors. As previously reported, the Chinese authorities in May 2017 promised to allow international rating agencies to establish subsidiaries in the country in their full ownership.
