Finnish coffee manufacturing company Pauling announced plans to reorganize its business operating model. The reorganization involves the creation of four units instead of the existing division by brand and product category. It will affect the work of the company in all countries. Three units will be created on a geographical basis, and one unit will deal with private labels. The changes, which are planned to be implemented in June of this year, will also lead to a reduction of approximately 120 people worldwide. The planned transformation of the organizational structure and working methods of the company will allow it to improve the interaction between departments, optimize their activities, and also increase the operational efficiency of Pauling.
