The growth rate of sales of the French food company Danone in the third quarter declined sharply amid a decline in the volume of children's formula sold in China and dairy products in Morocco. Nevertheless, the company left the annual forecast unchanged due to increased sales of drinking water in Europe, where the weather was warm, and good quarterly results in North America, which the division for the production of dairy products and plant products showed. At the end of the quarter, comparable sales of Danone increased by 1.4% and amounted to 6 billion 186 million euros. Experts had expected a weaker growth rate of 1.2%.
