Consumer confidence in France grew in February more than expected. According to statistics by Insee, the corresponding index was 95 points, having risen from 92 points in January. At the same time, according to economists forecast, the index was expected at the level of 92 points. The attitude of French consumers to their financial situation also improved, this figure rose from minus 14 points to minus 13 points. The indicator, which determines the attitude of the French to their own standard of living, was minus 30 points, having increased by 2 points. Consumers increased the assessment of their ability to make savings by 3 points, which increased to 2 points. The index indicating unemployment expectations dropped to 12 points from 32 points.
