British pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline has entered into an agreement with American Tesaro, which suggests that the company from the UK will buy an American pharmaceutical company for 5 billion 100 million dollars. The closing of the deal should take place in the first quarter of next year. Thanks to the acquisition of Tesaro, GlaxoSmithKline’s portfolio will be replenished with a variety of different products developed and manufactured by Tesaro and aimed at treating cancer.
