Online retailer Amazon.com announced that starting from November 1, wages to employees who work in the US are rising to $15 per hour. This number includes more than 250 thousand employees of the company and over 100 thousand seasonal workers whom the company plans to hire for the period of winter holidays in the USA. Now, the minimum wage in the United States is equal to 7 dollars 25 cents per hour. It was established at the federal level about 10 years ago. Amazon's capitalization amounted to 977 billion dollars, having increased by more than 71% since the beginning of the year.
